Shipping & returns

Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days either to the clinic. 

 

All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or do not fit properly. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, you should promptly contact us at 780-962-1281 with details of the products and defect/damage. If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange will be issued with the same product in a different size. e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc. within 5 business days of receipt without any additional charges. After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee.

 

All Food Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons:

  1.      Palatability - Pet does not eat or like the taste of the food.
  2.      Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.
  3.      Safety – If a bag is opened or product is defective.    

 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
